Icecream is locally made at the Stensland Family Farms, creamery between Sioux Falls, SD and Larchwood, IA.

Stensland Family Farm dairy products are produced using the farm’s cows selected for their A2 beta-casein protein genetics (versus A1). Published research has found that some people with milk intolerance typically do not have an issue with just A2 milk.

We will deliver ice-cream and cheese curds with beef orders in our local area. Stensland Family Farms products will also be available in our Beef Truck at events as well as on the farm for pick up. We are not shipping ice-cream at this time.
