Whole Beef

We do require a $600 deposit to reserve your beef. The remaining amount is due after the processing and final fees from the locker are finished. To pay the deposit please email us to make arrangements. We have stopped taking deposits through the website to avoid credit card fees.

A whole beef fills around 22 cubic feet of freezer space. One whole beef is approximately 950lbs hanging weight. We charge $4.00 per pound hanging weight. This includes processing. Each beef size varies depending on the animal.

This beef will be processed at a SD USDA inspected facility. We will be in contact with the buyer on pick up and delivery options.

If we are shipping your beef shipping charges will vary depending on your location. We ship quarters via SpeeDee only and are unable to ship beyond their service area. We will be in contact once we have the final weight back from the locker on the exact shipping costs. It is safe to figure $1.50/lb to ship.
