We do require a $300 deposit to reserve your beef. We accept check or cash for bulk beef payments. The remaining amount is due after the processing and final fees from the locker are finished. A whole beef fills around 22 cubic feet of freezer space. One whole beef is approximately 950lbs hanging weight. We charge $4.50 per pound hanging weight. This includes processing. Each beef size varies depending on the animal.
This beef will be processed at a SD USDA inspected facility. You will get to customize your beef and will be sent a cut sheet to select your cuts when your beef is taken to the locker. We can help you with this process if needed.
