Our pre-packaged quarters include a curated mix of our most popular cuts, making it simple and stress-free.
At check out you will need to choose quarter 1, 2 or 3. Each quarter has a hanging weight of 257lbs. Hanging weight refers to the weight of the animal after it has been harvested and the hide, head, and internal organs have been removed. It is the industry standard used to determine the final cost of your bulk beef order. These quarters also include your beef packaged in vac-seal bags as well as Jerky.
A ¼ beef typically fills about 4.5 cubic feet of freezer space.
Your beef was processed at a USDA-inspected facility, ensuring quality, safety, and proper handling from start to finish.
