We do require a $500 deposit to reserve your half of beef. The remaining amount is due after the processing and final fees from the locker are finished. To pay the deposit please email us to make arrangements via check or cash. We have stopped taking deposits through the website to avoid credit card fees.

This will reserve your 1/2 beef and act as a deposit. The remaining amount is due after the processing and final fees from the locker are finished. We charge $4.00 per lb hanging weight which includes processing costs. 1/2 beef fills around 11 cubic feet of freezer space.

One half is approximently 460lbs. Each half size varies depending on the animal.

This beef will be processed at a SD USDA inspected facility. We will be in contact with the buyer on pick up and delivery options.

If we are shipping your half. Shipping charges will vary depending on your location. We ship quarters via SpeeDee only and are unable to ship beyond their service area. We will be in contact once we have the final weight back from the locker on the exact shipping costs. It is safe to figure $1.50/lb to ship.
