Cowboy Casserole



Howdy! Cowboy Casserole will have everyone asking for seconds, or maybe even thirds!



Defrost two pounds of Back Forty ground beef.



Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of Ground Beef

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Pepper

  • 2 teaspoons of Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Butter

  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 can of Rotel

  • 1 can of Cream Corn

  • 1 cup of Milk

  • 1/2 cup of Sour Cream

  • 2 cups of Mexican Blended Cheese

  • 1 to 2 cups of Hashbrowns

  • Sweet Potato Fries or Tatortots

  • 9x13 cooking pan


1. Brown Ground Beef

2. As ground beef is browning; chop up and saute onion and pepper with brown sugar and butter.

3. Mix Cream of Mushroom Soup, Rotel, Cream Corn, Milk, Sour Cream, 1 cup of cheese in a bowl.

4. Grease Pan

5. Add hashbrowns to bottom of the pan. Add hashbrowns depending on how thick you would like them on the bottom.

6. Add hamburger to the mixture in the bowl. Then pour mixture ontop of hashbrowns. Add choice of fries or tator tots to the top.

7. Add remaining cheese to the top

8. Cook in oven for 30-40 minutes.
