Cheeseburger soup

Creamy, cheesy, and beefy...all the things that make the best soup to warm up on a cold day.

The first time I made this recipe it was actually supposed to be taco soup. Well, I started making the soup and realized I didn’t have all the ingredients needed to make a true taco soup. So, it turned into my own version of Cheeseburger Soup. It turned into the BEST cooking mistake ever!

Ingredients

  • 1lb of Back Forty Ground Beef

  • 1lb of Velveeta Cheese

  • 1 10 oz can of Cream Corn

  • 2 10 oz cans of Rotel

  • 2 10 oz cans of French Onion Soup

  1. Brown hamburger and drain any grease.

  2. While the hamburger is browning, cube up the Velveeta Cheese

  3. Once the cheese is cubbed, mix it into the crockpot along with the Cream Corn, Rotel, and French Onion Soup.

  4. Add hamburger once browned.

  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for two hours string occasionally.
