Burrito bowl



Pan fry or grill up some Back Forty Skirt Steak to add to a mix of rice, and veggies. Put it on some lettuce, a tortilla, or dress up some chips.



We got this idea from a great customer of ours and decided to cook it up. We picked up some lettuce, and peppers from our local farmer’s market and got to work. Thank you for the recommendation this is going to be a regular at the Brandlee household. :)

We recommend:

  • One Back Forty Skirt Steak

  • Lettuce, Tortilla, or Chips to put mix over

  • Cream Corn

  • Peppers

  • Onions

  • Rice

  • Rotel


Bring water to a roaring boil and start your rice.

In a separate pan saute cut peppers and onions. Once they are half done add a can of cream corn and for a spicy kick add some rotel (add a can mix of tomatoes, and peppers).

Meanwhile, either grill or pan fry up your skirt steak to your liking.

Once all ingredients are done simply add over your choice of lettuce, tortilla, or chips.



TIP - For a quicker option purchase a bag of pre-cooked veggies and rice.
