Steak fajitas



We love a FAJITA night! Cook, cut, and enjoy fajitas at home.


Best to use skirt or flank steak.

Cut and cook up 3-4 peppers and one onion and caramelize on the stove using brown sugar, and olive or vegetable oil.

Cook your choice of steak or roast to your liking and doneness. We like to use the grill, but any method will work.

Heat up a frying pan and splash a little vegetable or olive oil on the pan. Once the oil is warm heat up your tortilla on both sides.

Add beef, peppers, onion, cheddar cheese and sour cream to your tortilla. Enjoy!
