Chuck Roast on the Grill

Looking to change up your roast game? We recommend putting your roast on the grill for a delicious flavor.

Defrost the roast then drizzle vegetable or olive oil on the roast. Mix your favorite spices (or use the suggestion below) in a bowl and coat the roast with spices.

We recommend:

  • One tbsp minced onion

  • One tsp chili powder

  • One tsp paprika

  • One tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar

  • Two tbsp Lawry’s seasoned salt

Slow smoke on the grill at 225 degrees for about two hours.

TIP - lay tin foil down on the grill and place roast on the foil.

Once roast reaches 140 degrees remove it from the grill, wrap it in tin-foil and allow the temperature to rise to a final resting temp of 145 degrees.
